Something *β€˜Relevant’*πŸ‘»

Today I achieved nothing as usual but an important milestone for this blog during the morning - the paramount SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) internet communication encryption protocol certificated and issued by Let's Encrypt.

Well you may not notice any difference but it means quite much. Perhaps you've already noticed that the domain in the URL field used to be like:

http://...

But now you'll find instead:

https://...

Yes, that's the magic of SSL encryption protocol while the path to such success is rather twisting. Indeed, the whole service is totally free but it comes at a β€˜cost’ - the disability of Disqus comment system due to the conversion between http and https.

As expected, I would say, β€˜However’, everything so far is under control since there's already some manuals on how to solve this problem and finally I found official document from Disqus.

For example, the relevant line of code in the universal embed code would be changed to:

dsq.src = '//' + disqus_shortname + '.disqus.com/embed.js';
And likewise the relevant line in the universal comment count code would be changed to:
s.src = '//' + disqus_shortname + '.disqus.com/count.js';

So as stated above, I just try to find where the codes are located. Finally I found those lines in .../assets/js under the theme folder, there's a file named custom.js in which there writes

if ( ! disqus_loaded ) {
	$.ajax({
			...
		url: "//" + disqus_shortname + ".disqus.com/embed.js",
			...
		}
			...
}

The double slash // here illustrates the current code is already suitable for https traffic and nothing I should handle with actually. And after a more careful reading, I found the notice from the official document:

Note: These changes may take up to 24 hours to take full effect.

So all I need to do is wait!? Un-scientific! πŸ’©

All right, it's quite enough to cover the rest main point of this post.

As πŸ”£ As

Today Mom.Zhang took a 5-hour-πŸš„+πŸš‡+🚌+🚦 travelling from from Yuyao, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province only for a personal visit. And I could't believe we just happen to meet each other beside the main canteen without any pre-negotiation, as magical as the previous SSL.😎

Then we went to the Lab.609 together and Michele happened to come in minutes after we took a seat, giving us a tremendous πŸ’”-πŸ’₯ with his sexy and fabulous purple hair.πŸ™ˆ

β€˜Wow! It is real!!!’

Shocked with my 😱 open as wide as when I met Mom.Zhang.

Chat

I was so annoying at that time keeping πŸ’¬ and 🌞 about all aspects of life in London including:

  • 🏑: Living conditions?
  • πŸŽ’: School distance?
  • πŸ’»: Computer left at home?
  • πŸ“‘: Matlab issues?
  • πŸ“„πŸ“ŠπŸ†πŸ’―: Online judgement system?
  • πŸ“ŽπŸ“πŸ“–πŸ“πŸ“•πŸ“—πŸ“˜πŸ“™πŸ“š: Study status?
  • 🚲: Expensive bike rental?
  • πŸ“±πŸ”‹: Phone and battery problem?
  • πŸ”˜: Experienced Assistive Touch skill?
  • πŸ“§: Mail availability?
  • 🎦: Movie watching?
  • β˜πŸ’‰: Party member blood donation?
  • πŸŽ“: Graduation time?
  • 🎧: Sony MDR-1000X Bluetooth Noise-Canceling Headphone configuration why this so long?
  • ...

Dine

I rationally selected the main menza as the place for dinner. It was just decorated and furnished at the beginning of this semester and everything seems brilliant. The taste of the dish however, remains 'progressible'?

  • 🍴🍱: Dining at school?
  • πŸ†πŸ„: Disastrous food tabu?
  • πŸ“΅: Broken sad screen?
  • ...

Leave

I happened to drive the car to school this week and for a longer conversation, I decided to πŸš— Mom.Zhang to Hongqiao Railway Stazione. I πŸš— so steady as an old driver, ensuring a safe-and-sound trip.
After the smooth arrival, we still have around πŸ•“ mins and I 🚸 with Mom.Zhang to the Depart Building. And then πŸ‘‹ goodbye after another unstoppable chat about me travelling to Yuyao, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province - why so long again - to fish with Mom.Zhang's Dad? Really looking forward to! I believe I'll make it.

Afterwards

Mom.Zhang's Dad 🚘 so fast as a πŸš¨πŸš”πŸš€. Mom.Zhang was so frightened, as described, with another wide-open mouth?

Questions

I wish I would see Mom.Zhang πŸ”œ this weekend. Hope for a nice 🌈.

So the final 'irridiculous' question is how many 'wide-open-mouths' are there in total in this post?

Bonus

Cool Mom.Zhang
